track training..timings was alright i guess :]
played badminton with tyra,nabbz and yings :) & i suffered 2 big blisters after that. shit. -- effing painful. :(

exercises,not much happened that day. :X
today.
lw val and me went for training since the rest had a rest day. track. did starts and one dessert 150m. clocked PB :D

okay. leaving tmr. not sure what to pack. not sure if should bring along laptop :(
not sure what to do.
